Editor's Overview

Nextcloud Pantry is a cloud storage & file sync application developed by Chen Asraf, packaged as a single Android APK of version 0.3 weighing in at 28.92 MB. The package targets Android 4.1+ and above. Below you'll find the publisher's own description, a quick spec sheet, and a short buyer-beware checklist so you know exactly what you're installing before tapping download.

Install Checklist

  1. Only download through the button on this page — never from third-party mirrors or shortened links, which are the most common way malware spreads.
  2. File size is a light 28.92 MB, so it installs quickly even on modest connections.
  3. This build is signed by "Chen Asraf" — always verify the developer name matches what's listed on the app's official store page before installing an update.
  4. After install, Android may prompt you to allow "Install from unknown sources" — approve only this one install, then revoke the permission in Settings > Apps > Special access.
  5. We link directly to the APK file or the publisher's repository; we do not modify the binary. Always run a virus scan after any sideloaded install.

About this app

Pantry is a companion app for the Nextcloud Pantry server app. It lets you and your household members collaborate on shared checklists, a photo board, and a notes wall — all stored on your own Nextcloud server.

* Checklists
Create shopping lists and to-do lists with categories, quantities, recurring items, and images. Drag to reorder, sort by name or date, and check items off as you go.

* Photo Board
Upload and organize photos into folders. Add captions, drag to reorder, and browse everything in a clean grid view.

* Notes Wall
Keep shared notes with your household. Color-code them, write in markdown, and pin the important stuff where everyone can see it.

* On your wrist
Pantry runs on your Wear OS watch too. Check items off your lists, follow a shopping trip from shop to shop and record what you paid, read your notes and tick off their tasks, and browse your photo board — without reaching for your phone. A tile keeps your lists one swipe from the watch face, and a live shopping trip shows on it while the app is closed. Setting it up starts on the watch — tap Open on phone and approve the request that appears there. Or scan a code with any phone's camera to sign the watch in on its own.

* Your data, your server
Pantry connects directly to your Nextcloud instance. No accounts to create, no cloud services in between. Your data never leaves your server.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Nextcloud Pantry free to download?
Yes. The APK file linked from this page is free. The developer may offer in-app purchases once installed, but obtaining the installer itself costs nothing.

What Android version does Nextcloud Pantry require?
Android 4.1+ or newer. Installing on older devices may cause crashes or refuse to install.

Is Nextcloud Pantry safe to install?
We link to the exact APK published by Chen Asraf. We do not modify the file. Still, as with any sideloaded app, scan it with a reputable antivirus before opening it, and only grant permissions the app genuinely needs.

How do I update Nextcloud Pantry?
Install the newer version on top of the old one — Android will keep your data. If the signature differs, uninstall first (you may lose local progress).

Why is the app not installing?
Common causes: not enough storage, an older Android version than 4.1+, or a conflicting build already installed. Free up space, check your OS version, and uninstall any previous copy before retrying.
